Non-disclosure Agreement
Focus-VDP, as a trusted leader in the industry of variable data printing, has been known by clients and the like as a reliable service provider who would do whatever possible to safeguard confidential information and data involved throughout the planning, execution, delivery and review of client’ programmes and projects.
As confidential data may be needed for effective implementation of programmes/projects, Focus-VDP executives will work closely with clients to determine what sort or level of data is required.
For general marketing programmes, such as DM campaigns and sales promotions, a minimal level of proprietary data (e.g. first names) will be required for VDP.
Where necessary, Focus-VDP would be willing to enter into non-closure confidentiality agreements with clients to assure maximum protection of both parties’ interests.
